Blackberry, vanilla bean, smoky leather and dark chocolate are all part of the complex aromas. A silky and rich entry is followed by flavors of blackberry cobbler, cocoa powder, cardamom, leather and earth.

2010 was a great year for Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon. A long moderate summer finished with a few late showers that had little effect. Intense fruit flavors, fabulous extraction and deep color mark this vintage.
Cabernet Sauvignon from the Central Coast source helped define this blend. We also blended in a healthy 9% of Alexander Valley Cabernet as well as Merlot, and 9% of our Dunnigan Hills Syrah to lengthen the flavors and add depth and concentration. 4% Tempranillo rounded out this blend to add soft tannins and elegance.
